Wittchen Customer Card

As we care for long-lasting, good relations with our Customers, we have created a programme of Preferred Customer Cards.

• WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE OUR PREFERRED CUSTOMER CARD
1. A Customer who has made a one-time purchase of products in a WITTCHEN Salon for the total amount of at least PLN 500.
2. A Customer who submits purchase receipts issued by WITTCHEN Salons within the last 3 months the total amount of at least PLN 1,000.

• WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE OUR VIP CARD
1. A Customer who submits purchase receipts issued by WITTCHEN Salons within the last 6 months the total amount of at least PLN 5,000.

• RULES CONCERNING ISSUING OF CARDS
1. A card is issued after the above-mentioned conditions are met, on the basis of the completely filled and signed “Customer Form”, submitted by the Customer.
2. Preferred Customer Cards are issued directly in Salons; VIP Cards are delivered to the Customer via registered mail.

• ADVANTAGES FOR CARDHOLDERS
1. Preferred Customer Card holders are entitled to receive:
– A discount of 10% for products purchased within the chain of the WITTCHEN Salons*
2. VIP Card holders are entitled to receive:
– A discount of 20% for products purchased within the chain of the WITTCHEN Salons*
3. Receiving mailed or e-mailed information about new products and special offers in our Salons
4. All Preferred Customer Card holders receive by mail the quarterly WITTCHEN Magazine, intended for people who value style and elegance.

If you lose your Preferred Customer Card or VIP Card, please contact the issuing WITTCHEN Salon immediately in order to have a new card issued and the old card removed from our register.
*The card-related discount is not applicable to: products sold at special-offer prices, products with reduced prices due to after-season sale; the discount must not be combined with other special offers and other discounts to which the Customer is entitled in relation with such offers
