All WITTCHEN products have a 2-years’ guarantee, starting from the date of purchase. The guarantee applies to all defects occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer.
Terms and conditions of complaints: Discrepancies between the products and the agreement are subject to complaints.
Legal basis: Act of July 27, 2007 on special terms and conditions for consumer sale and on the amendment of the Civil Code.
The guarantee is not applicable to:
- Natural wear and tear
- Mechanical damage
- Evident faults, noticeable on the day of purchase, assuming that the purchasing person was aware of the faults at the time of the purchase
- Contamination
- Damage caused by improper use
- Differing colour and structure of the leather, bends or folds occurred in the course of use and resulting from the natural properties of leather
In case of shoes, the guarantee is moreover not applicable to:
- The comfort of wearing (e.g. the shoes are not properly fitted to the feet)
- Leaking of shoes
- Discolouration of the inside of shoes made of natural lining leather due to the influence of sweat or heavy drenching
- Decorative elements which are not a part of the shoe construction (e.g. sequins, coral beads, clips)
