The Personal data will be processed by the Company in order to deliver the newsletter, including information about current promotions available in the Company pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (‘GDPR’). Personal data may be disclosed to employees and / or associates of the Company obliged to comply with applicable law, as well as entities cooperating with the Company as part of the commissioned services, where such entities process data as subcontractors, only on the basis of a data entrustment and / or sharing agreement concluded with the Company and only in accordance with its instructions. Moreover, the data may be disclosed to authorized entities under applicable law. Personal data will be processed until the consent to their further processing is withdrawn (by unsubscribing from the newsletter). The processing of personal data does not include automatic decision making or profiling. Each data subject has the right to: (i) access their data and rectify it, (ii) delete data, (iii) limit data processing, (iv) transfer data and (v) withdraw consent at any time, without affect the lawfulness of data processing before its withdrawal. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the administrator in writing to the address of the registered office of Wittchen S.A. (with a note "to the Personal Data Administrator") or via e-mail: ado@wittchen.com. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
