Collect your order
Once your order is successfully authorized, it will take from one hour up to 2 days for the goods to be delivered to your chosen store. You have up to 7 days for collection.
Click & Collect at WITTCHEN – now products can be ordered on our website with a free delivery to the WITTCHEN and VIP COLLECTION sales showrooms.
To make your online shopping experience easier, we have introduced our click & collect service. You can choose any product at www.wittchen.com and get it delivered to one of our sales showrooms, where you can carefully view the product and consult your choice with a member of the store staff. Details of the location of the sales showrooms can be found at www.wittchen.com/en-US/our-stores.
If you choose the Click & Collect service, order delivery to WITTCHEN and VIP COLLECTION sales showrooms is completely free of charge, regardless of the value of goods purchased.
Pros of the Click & Collect service:
- free delivery of the order,
- you can choose the most convenient location of the WITTCHEN or VIP COLLECTION sales showroom,
- guarantee of product availability in the chosen sales showroom,
- the right to rescind the remote contract within 30 days following the time of the collection at the sales showroom,
- you can choose to exchange the product within 30 days following the time of collection at the sales showroom. It can be exchanged for the same model in a different size or colour, as well as other currently available product at the price of a purchase,
- the luggage cases can be exchanged for other models at the same price or any other currently available luggage cases, taking into account the difference in price,
- Click & Collect service includes all the products which are offered by WITTCHEN online store - www.wittchen.com.
How to click and collect:
Usługa „Zamów i Odbierz” składa się z kilku kroków:
- go to the WITTCHEN online store: www.wittchen.com,
- choose a product and add it to the shopping cart,
- fill in all the data needed for order processing, such as customer details, etc.
- choose the adequate WITTCHEN or VIP COLLECTION sales showroom,
- choose the method of payment and confirm it with “buy & pay” button,
- once your order is successfully authorized, it will take from one hour up to 2 days for the goods to be delivered to your chosen store,
- once you have received a notification that your order is ready for collection, you have up to 7 days to collect it from your selected store,
- your order can be collected within the opening hours of your chosen store. Please ensure you have your order number or customer’s details,
- if, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order within this time, please contact our Customer Service Team at esklep@wittchen.com or call 22 266 88 00, from Monday to Friday 8am -8pm (local call rates apply) to arrange an alternative date for collection.
