Important information about gift cards:

1. Gift card can be purchased in any one of WITTCHEN sales showroom and outlet locations;
2. You can redeem your gift card as payment for goods purchased in the sales showrooms and outlet stores
3. If the total cost of your order exceeds the available balance on your gift card, you will need to cover the difference. If the total cost of your purchase is lower than available balance on your card, the difference is not refundable;
4. Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and we do not give change or cash refunds on gift card transactions;
5. Gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase;
6. Gift cards can be purchased in pre-set denominations of 100 PLN, 250PLN and 500PLN;
