        3. PRODUCT SHIPMENT

        Packed product will be collected by a courier within 2 working days. Transport costs are covered by the seller.

        4. COMPLAINT PROCESS

        Your complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint. The decision will be e-mailed to you.
