HOW CAN I GET A LOYALTY CARD?
In order to get a loyalty card you must spend 300 PLN or more on a single transaction at the WITTCHEN online store or at one of our sales showrooms.

HOW CAN I GET A VIP CARD?
In order to get our VIP card you must spend 3000 PLN or more on your online or at store shopping within the last 3 months. You will be asked to show proof of these purchases.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WITTCHEN LOYALTY PROGRAM
1. We issue loyalty card when above mentioned conditions are met and “Customer form” is filled in and signed.
2. Loyalty Card can be issued at our sales showrooms; VIP card is sent to the customer's address by registered mail.

Terms and Conditions of Loyalty Program

1. With Loyalty card you are entitled to:
 – - 10% discount on goods purchased in sales showrooms or online*
2. With VIP card you are entitled to:
 – - 25% discount on goods purchased in sales showrooms or online*
3. The customer also receives information on news and special offers available in retail stores and online via email or by post.

In case you lose your Loyalty Card or VIP Card please contact retail store where it, was issued. New card will be issued and old one will be deleted from our database.
