RETURN FORM

• Go to the store with the product and the e-invoice from the email.
OR
• Please send your return to the following address: Centrum Logistyczne WITTCHEN - Dział Zwrotów, Palmiry, ul. Gdańska 60, 05-152 Czosnów.

When returning in-store, you will receive cash (up to 500 PLN) or a bank transfer (1-2 working days).
When sending to the Logistics Centre, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the delivery of the parcel.
