The Personal data will be processed by the Company in order to deliver the newsletter, including information about current promotions available in the Company pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (‘GDPR’). The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
