Important:

You can exchange the product within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
Please note:

You can only exchange the product for the same model in a different colour or size.*

*This does not apply to suitcase sizes.

1. Pack the item(s) you wish to exchange

Place the product(s) in a box and secure them properly to avoid any damage during transport.

You do not need to print anything – the courier will provide the label.

2. Wait for the courier

Once we receive the form, we will send a courier to collect the package within 2 working days. There is no charge for this– courier service is at our expense.

3. Wait for the new product

The exchange will be processed within 14 days after the product is delivered to the WITTCHEN Logistics Centre.
