The Personal data will be processed by the Company in order to deliver the newsletter, including information about current promotions available in the Company pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (‘GDPR’). Personal data will be processed until the consent to their further processing is withdrawn (by unsubscribing from the newsletter). The processing of personal data does not include automatic decision making or profiling. Each data subject has the right to: (i) access their data and rectify it, (ii) delete data, (iii) limit data processing, (iv) transfer data and (v) withdraw consent at any time, without affect the lawfulness of data processing before its withdrawal. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the administrator in writing to the address of the registered office of Wittchen S.A. (with a note "to the Personal Data Administrator") or via e-mail: ado@wittchen.com. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
