Frequently asked
questions
-
What is WITTCHEN Club?
WITTCHEN Club is a loyalty programme that rewards you with 10% of the final transaction value in points when you shop online or in WITTCHEN stores. You can use these points on future purchases. As a Club member, you can also enjoy additional benefits, including a welcome voucher, a birthday voucher, special occasion vouchers, returns without a receipt and an extended returns period.
-
How do I join WITTCHEN Club?
To join WITTCHEN Club, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active WITTCHEN account. Then simply sign up for the programme. You can do this online or at a WITTCHEN store, where our team will help you register.
-
How does 10% back on purchases work?
When you shop at WITTCHEN, you receive 10% of the value of the products you buy as cashback, which you can use on future purchases.
For example:- a PLN 6 purchase = PLN 0.60 cashback,
a PLN 25 purchase = PLN 2.50 cashback,
a PLN 100 purchase = PLN 10 cashback.
Delivery costs are excluded when calculating cashback. You also earn cashback on discounted products and promotional items, unless the terms of a particular promotion state otherwise.
-
When does my cashback become available?
After a purchase, your points remain pending for 30 days. This reflects the extended returns period available to WITTCHEN Club members.
After 30 days, once any returns or cancellations have been taken into account, your points automatically become available to use on future purchases.
-
How do I get a welcome voucher?
You will receive a welcome voucher after joining WITTCHEN Club if you consent to at least one form of marketing communication: email or SMS.
You can use the voucher on purchases of at least PLN 250, online or in WITTCHEN stores. It is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
The welcome voucher cannot be combined with a birthday voucher in the same purchase.
